LEGO Droid Tri-Fighter 7252
The Droid Tri-Fighter 7252 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith LEGO Sets and was released in 2005. This LEGO Set includes one Star Wars LEGO Mini Figure, a Buzz Droid. The Droid Tri-Fighter 7252 LEGO Set does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be avialable for purchase through LEGO. You may find instructions for building the Droid Tri-Fighter here.
A cool build but has the problem of falling apart pretty often. Also, if you are not a fan of stickers, the Droid Tri-Fighter is certainly not for you. I'm a fan, but I'm a fan of any of the Star Wars LEGO Sets.
It's a pretty rare LEGO Set so getting your hands on one is not really easy so you might want to stay away.

LEGO Darth Vader Transformation 7251
The Darth Vader Transformation 7251 LEGO Set is part of Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith LEGO Sets and was released in 2005. This LEGO Set includes three Star Wars LEGO Minifigures, a Medical Droid, Darth Vader, and Anakin Skywalker. Darth Vader Transformation 7251 does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase through LEGO. Instructions for the Darth Vader Transformation are available here.
Darth Vader's Transformation is a pretty small Star Wars LEGO Set and is also a fairly rare LEGO set. It's got a wheel that Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker spin on to simulate Anakin's transformation to Darth Vader. I enjoy the set but I don't place a lot of emphasis on collecting it because it is rare and costly. Vader's Transformation can be probably be put together cheaper using the instructions and spare pieces. The tools on the Medical Droid are the same tools used in the LEGO racer themed sets.

LEGO Revenge of the Sith
Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith was the third film released by Lucasfim in the prequal Trilogy. LEGO released the Revenge of the Sith LEGO Sets based on the films scenes and ships.
Many of these Star Wars LEGO Sets are no longer available for purchase from LEGO or through LEGO retailers. However, it is still possible to find Star Wars LEGO Sets.
The following is a comprehensive list of to-date released Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith LEGO Sets:

LEGO Clone Scout Walker 7250
The Clone Scout Walker 7250 LEGO Set is part of Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith LEGO Sets and was released in 2005. This set includes one Recon Trooper. The Clone Scout Walker 7250 LEGO Set does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase from LEGO.
This is one of the most owned Star Wars LEGO sets. Most Star Wars LEGO collectors own multiple of this set because of how affordable this set is and how easy it is to put together. The biggest problem with the Clone Scout Walker 7250 LEGO Set is the legs do not move easily at all and are prone to coming loose. You can also De-attach the part that the Clone sits on and use it as a hover bike which is my favorite feature. A great add to any Star Wars LEGO collection.

LEGO V-Wing Fighter 6205
The V-Wing Fighter 6205 LEGO Set is part of Episode III: Revenge Of The Sith LEGO Sets and was released in 2005. This set includes One Clone Pilot and One R4 droid minifigure. The V-Wing Fighter 6205 does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase from LEGO.
The V-Wing Fighter 6205 LEGO Set is most popular because of the Ship and it's design. The fact that you are able to position the wings and flaps into attack mode or flight mode is what won me over. The only down side is that the Astromech Droid only has a head and no body. This set is easy to put together which means more time to play! A great addition for any Star Wars LEGO collector.

LEGO Hailfire Droid and Spider 7670
The Hailfire Droid and Spider Droid 7670 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. This set includes two basic battle droids, one battle droid commander, one super battle droid, one dwarf spider droid, and one hailfire droid. The Hailfire Droid and Spider Droid 7670 LEGO Set does show in a search at LEGO.com and is available for purchase from LEGO at the time of this writing.
The Hailfire Droid and Spider Droid 7670 LEGO set is a great set to have for the price. Although the missiles won't flick too far, having the Commander Droid included in the set makes it well worth it. The Spider legs seem flimsy at first glance but are surprisingly sturdy. The only big problem is that the hailfire's treads tend to break often and are not easy to fix. Over all this is a great addition to your Star Wars LEGO collection.

LEGO Republic Gunship 7163
The Republic Gunship 7163 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. The Republic Gunship includes eight Star Wars LEGO Minifigures. These are: four Clone Troopers, Jedi Knight, Super Battle Droid and two Droidekas. The Republic Gunship 7163 does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase through LEGO.
The Republic Gunship is really a great set. The Minifigures are a huge addition to any collection and the Gunship itself is a fantastic build. I love the magnets used in the ship and the way it opens up and turns into a command center makes the Republic Gunship 7163 fun to play with.

LEGO Jango Fett's Slave I 7153
Jango Fett's Slave I 7153 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. Jango Fett's Slave I includes two Star Wars LEGO Minifigures, Jango Fett and the child version of Boba Fett. Jango Fett's Slave I does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase through LEGO.
Jango Fett's Slave I is one of the more popular Star Wars themed LEGO Sets among collectors. This LEGO set is very difficult to find and the LEGO Star Wars figures included are considered some of the more rare LEGOs that have ever been created. This LEGO Set is a must have for any Star Wars LEGO fan.

LEGO Jedi Starfighter 7143
The Jedi Starfighter 7143 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. Jedi Starfighter includes two Star Wars LEGO Minifigures, Obi-Wan Kenobi, and R4-P17. Jedi Starfighter does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase from LEGO.
An older set, the Jedi Starfighter 7143 LEGO Set does not get rave reviews from Collectors. It is not exactly sturdy and it seems a bit to "pixelated." There are several places online that offer rebuild or upgrade instructions for this LEGO set. All in all it is not on my list of must-own Star Wars LEGO sets but for colletors who are serious, you cannot leave it out.

LEGO Bounty Hunter Pursuit 7133
The Bounty Hunter Pursuit 7133 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. This LEGO Set includes three Star Wars LEGO Minifigures, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Zam Wesell. The Bounty Hunter Pursuit LEGO Set does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase through LEGO.
A great LEGO set, especially if you enjoy the line of Star Wars Minifigures. They Bounty Hunter Pursuit LEGO Set includes two speeders with Anakins being one of the more creative I have seen. It adds plenty of flavor, not only to this set, but other LEGO sets that have a town-like atmosphere.
