LEGO Clone Troopers

The LEGO clone troopers have appeared in more than twenty different Star Wars LEGO sets in many different variations. The standard LEGO clone trooper has been produced in three variations: Phase I, based on Star Wars: Episode II; Phase II, based on Star Wars, Episode III; and the revised Phase I, based on the animated movie and TV series version of Star Wars: The Clone Wars. In addition to the three standard variations, there are special Star Wars LEGO clone troopers, such as the clone pilot and clone gunner.

The original Phase I LEGO clone troopers only appeared in two sets, 4482 AT-TE and 7163 Republic Gunship, both of which had four LEGO Star Wars clone troopers. The 7163 LEGO Republic Gunship set also included two super battle droids, Droideka, and a Jedi Knight.

The Phase I Star Wars the Clone Wars LEGO clone troopers were included in fifteen sets, in one variation or another. The sets that included standard Phase I LEGO clone troopers are 7675 AT-TE, 7676 Rupublic Attack Gunship, 7679 Republic Fighter Tank, 7681 Separatist Spider Droid, 8014 Clone Walker Battle Pack, 8018 Armored Assault Tank, 8019 Republic Attack Shuttle, 8098 Clone Turbo Tank, 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT, 30006 Clone Walker, and the Comic-Con Exclusive Clone Wars Set.

Several Star Wars LEGO sets also included variants of the Star Wars the Clone Wars LEGO clone troopers. The 7676 LEGO Republic Attack Gunship set had a Commander Cody minifigure, and the 7681 LEGO Separatist Spider Droid had a Commander Fox minifigure. Both the 7675 LEGO AT-TE set and the Comic-Con Exclusive LEGO Clone Wars set included a Captain Rex minifigure.

In addition to the LEGO clone troopers minifigures that represented individual characters, there were other variations that depicted specific roles. The 8014 LEGO Clone Walker Battle Pack included a clone gunner, and the 7748 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid had two clone jet troopers. There were four sets that included Phase I Clone Wars clone pilots. They are the 7674 V-19 Torrent set, the 8019 Republic Attack Shuttle, the 8039 Venator-Class Republic Attack Cruiser, and the 10195 Republic Dropship with AT-OT. The 8039 LEGO Venator-Class Attack Cruiser set also included a clone gunner. The 7913 LEGO Clone Troopers Battle Pack contained an ARF trooper, a clone commander, and two bomb squad clone troopers.

The standard version of the Phase II LEGO clone troopers appeared in the 7261 Clone Turbo Tank set, the LEGO Clone Troopers Battle Pack 7655, and the 8091 Republic Swamp Speeder set. The sets that included a clone pilot were 7259 ARC-170 Starfighter, 8096 Palpatine's Shuttle, and 8088 ARC-170 Starfighter, which also contained a Captain Jag minifigure. The Star Corps trooper can be found in the 7261 Clone Turbo Tank and 7655 Clone Troopers Battle Pack sets. The battle pack also contains a shock trooper, and the 7671 AT-AP Walker set contains two shock troopers. There is a clone recon trooper in the 7250 Clone Scout Walker set, and there are two siege battalion troopers in the 7260 Wookiee Catamaran set.
