The Tusken Raider Encounter 7113 Star Wars LEGO Set is part of the Episode II: Attack of the Clones LEGO Sets and was released in 2002. This LEGO Set includes 3 Star Wars LEGO Minifigures, two Tusken Raiders and Anakin Skywalker. The Tusken Raider Set does not appear in a search at LEGO.com and may no longer be available for purchase through LEGO.
A great set to own, the Tusken Raider minifigures are pretty rare and an awesome addition to your Star Wars LEGO Minifigure collection. The speeder is not great but Anakin is nice to have and the sand background can work for lots of things.
