Star Wars #4 (3343) is a part of the Episode I: The Phantom Menace LEGO Sets and was released in 2000.  The Star Wars LEGO Set includes 1 Battle Droid Commander and 2 Battle Droids.  It is designated in the ages 5+ catagory.

These LEGO Battle Doids are actually pretty common and have much less demand than many of the other LEGO Star Wars figures.  LEGO Battle Droid figures are also quite flimsy so it is a good idea to be careful when playing with them.  They tend to become loose and fall apart easily after extended handling.  Very much unlike other products made by The LEGO Group.
